Payment Policy:

Age: You must be 18yrs or over.
Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking and Proof of ID will be required on arrival and presentation of credit card.
All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by credit card details and will the card will be debited on check in. The Business name that will appear on your credit card account will be ARK ENTERPRISES LIMITED trading as Alpine Adventure H PK.
All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include GST @ 15%. All accounts must be settled directly with Alpine Adventure Holiday Park.

The prices indicated are per room/per site, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified (packages).

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received no later than 3 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged the first night of the accommodation amount. This includes no shows.. However: Should a site or accommodation booking be cancelled prior or during the period of the reservation then the proprietor will make reasonable effort to re-let the site/accommodation and if able to do so then any sum paid will be refunded less an administration fee. If the site/accommodation is unable to be re-let then all or part of any sum will be forfeited at the discretion of the proprietor.

Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted.

Child Policy:

Child age is 2 years to 16 years inclusive.
